Deadline Correction

I mistakenly had the deadline set to midnight 2/12. This made it so any prediction that came in on 2/12 appeared to be late. I corrected the deadline to midnight 2/13, so these predictions are now on time.

In other words, you can predict on Sunday, but Monday will be too late to be eligible for the prize.
